Drawn to London - In the Shadow of the Tower

Drawn to London at the Bermondsey Project Space curated by Philippa Beale, was the first Arborealists and guests exhibition concentrating on life in London and particularly the enhancing effect of trees. Amongst others, Natasha Lien concentrated on London parks and forecourts of iconic buildings; Paul Finn looked at the regeneration of 'brown field' sites in greater London, John Blandy concentrated on the life of the tree in his North London Park and Stella Carr looked at plane trees growing in London Streets and coined the phrase "the lungs of London ". The exhibition was previewed twice on London Live TV 6,oclock News.
