By the time the Arborealists returned to St Barbe, they were a well known phenomena, recognised as a growing and well established group. The exhibition again curated by Stephen Marshall and Tim Craven was the platform from which to launch the Arborealist publication 'The Arborealists, The Art of the Tree published by Sansom and Company. It featured an introduction by Tim Craven, an essay by Dr Angela Summerfiels, 'Why do Artists paint Trees?', a contextual essay by Dr Philippa Beale 'Cultivation of Trees and Western Culture and a review 'Out of the Woods' of the group by the author, art critic and artist Peter Davis, who represented all the current members of the group featured in this publication. This book was later that year presented at Waterstones in Piccadilly at a book signing.
