The first time the Arborealists were invited to exhibit at a National site dedicated to the propagation of trees, curated by Tim Craven and Philippa Beale and the first time new members Stella Carr and Jane Eaton exhibited. Due to the nature of the beautiful Great Oak Hall, the exhibition was mainly hung by wires in space. This was a formative exhibition for the group as the nature of what and how each artists' work was exhibited was rigorously discussed. It was agreed that Arborealist exhibitions were not art fairs but strived to meet the national and international standards of museum exhibitions .
